Paul Cummins & the Lion Dogs Location: West Covina, California U.S.A.
Paul Cummins has been very active in L.A.'s Blues and Rock scenes since 1968- having performed and recorded with many of the most popular and talented musicians in the area.
One of four finalists in the 1997 Fender Blues Guitar Competition to be invited to the 1st Annual Fender Blues Festival on Catalina Island, the contacts made that weekend brought opportunities for Paul to appear on local television a number of times; and the offer to tour nationally with Chuck Berry as the guitarist in his backup band.
The Lion Dogs formed in 1999- with long time friends and associates Doug Dalley on Bass and Bob Buchler on Drums.
Their debut CD "Bluteus Maximus" is currently being played on a number of FM radio stations in the U.S., Europe, and South America; and they can be caught live in Southern California's better venues. |
