The Skyla Burrell Blues Band was formed in January of 2003. Skyla and Mark are the co-founders of the band and write all the material. We independently released our debut CD, Standing in the Rain, in June of 2003 and hit the club circuit in July of 2003. Since then we have been busy paying dues to earn the right to play the Blues! We are now gigging on average 10-15 times a month and our second CD "Working Girl Blues" was released in July of 2004 and has topped the Blues charts on Soundclick, Broadjam and Garageband.com.
