I won a grammy for a song I wrote and sang in the film "Flashdance" called "He's A Dream," and have written songs for ten other films. I've worked as a background singer with Todd Rundgren, Hoyt Axton and Johnny Haliday. I worked with veteran producer Mike Chapman on an LP "Shandi" which I am rather embarassed about although all music.com gave it a good review. I'm into just writing songs from my heart now, with no judgements or big plans of discovery or delusion of grandeur.
