Bringing tasteful, diverse music to the masses, without hype or hyperbole, The Moondogs are the answer to a musical good time, and now they're back, after a long rest "under the porch!" The upcoming new album, "Long Road To Your Heart," was recorded at Yorktown Digital Works in Irving, TX with the help of Grammy-winning producer/engineer Phil York.
The Moondogs, featuring the talents of principal songwriter/drummer Gary Castleberry, the hypnotic vocals of Susan Devlin, the eclectic yet never tasteless guitar wizardry of Paul Caceres, the low end power of Lisa Castleberry and the rhythm guitar (acoustic, electric, 12-string, whatever it takes!) of Bryan Sawyer, meld a variety of styles and textures into a sound their own, one that expands on the traditional pop/rock format with no fear of the fringes. Catchy hooks and hummable melodies intermingle with a pulse that grooves and an instrumental presence that will draw you in like an ocean current. Get swept away when the "Dogs" start howlin'!
