Passin Throu is the Brain child of guitarist/singer/songwriter/producer Chris Chubb. After leaving his Chicago based band Krome in 1999, Chubb decided to embark on a solo career. 2 Years after his departure with Krome, the 25 year old guitarist had put out his first solo demo and worked on assembling a band. After several attempts trying to find the right musicians, Chubb put his Passin Throu band project on hold. So in the summer of 2004, the 28 year old musician finished work on his second Demo When I Rest. Recieving RAVE Reviews from around the world, Chubb sought out a new plan to market his music. The now 32 year old musican still writes music and records regularly. With several projects in the works, Chubb writes and produces with a few local indie artists in the Chicagoland area including Elgin Based Rap artists Ghost Town Boyz/Ghost Town Productions and Two Ton Anvil. Two Ton Anvil is the NEW Pet project put together by Front man Army Of Souls Brian Ericson & Chris Chubb. Two Ton Anvil recently made there debut on Mike Cameo's Indiestop10.com. in May of 2008. Because of Passin Throu, Army Of Souls and T.T.A.'s standing in the charts @ Broadjam.com. Ericson and Chubb have been featured and interviewed on Mike Cameo's show in the last few months. Chubb is also in the process of getting his music Licensed for TV, Movies, Video Games and other various music selling ventures.
