I am a singer/songwriter from Sheffield, England. I stated out on the local Folk Scene around 1991 when some one started hosting a weekly Folk Session at my local pub. While I am naturally a very shy person, I was learning to play guitar at the time and was persuaded to go along and join in. I was hooked immediately and later went on to join the group that was hosting the sessions as lead vocalist and guitar/mandolin player.
I stayed with the group (Hair Of The Dog) until late in 2007, having grown tired of playing the same, mainly Irish and Scottish folk songs. I have more recently begun to write and perform my own songs, some of which can be heard on this page. I hope you enjoy them. If you do tell everybody. If not, keeep you gob shut for heaven's sake!
