Hi, Welcome to my Songplanet Page.
I've had a whole lifetime in Entertainment, both as a Semi Pro then Pro Musician, and then as a Pro Magical Entertainer, which continues to this day.
Since 2005 I have been 'emptying' myself of Musical thoughts and ideas onto Internet and MP3. It had been around 20 years since I'd done any 'serious' Piano playing, - just a tiny handful of years around 1990 on electronic organ in Clubs, so the sheer physical demands of Piano - attempting to recapture dexterity - were formidable. Anyone returning to Piano (as opposed to a keyboard) soon realises what a formidable beast a weighted 88 is.
I feel that I am now probably around the standard of Pianist I was at age 21-23, so I'm well satisfied.
I have been very lucky indeed in creating a 'following' of listeners from around the World. My first SOUNDCLICK VIP SITE from 2005 to February 2008 achieved over 400,000 plays and 95,000 page views. I also have regular visitors to my own domain at www.myspacepiano.co.uk and also at MySpace.com.
SONGPLANET is a new Site for me. At $25 for the whole year it seemed like fantastic value, and it has hit the search engines after only two days. Whether my style of Music will appeal to SONGPLANET listeners will remain to be seen.
