Joe grew up on Long Island, NY. Blessed with a fine voice and the ability to write insightful lyrics he was in several bands, including Street Apple and Pressed Down, Shaken Together & Running Over with Ralph Graham & Paul Cuoco in the early seventies. He traveled all over the US performing Gospel & Country.
In the mid-eighties he relocated to Nashville where he continues to write and perform.
