With the sad passing in July 2006 of Pink Floyd's legendary original singer / songwriter Syd Barrett, i decided to pay tribute to one of my musical heroes by writing a couple of tunes, this is part 1, very much musically influenced by syd's post floyd acoustic work and lyrically takes the approach of being a fly on the world throwing up all kinds of images in to the mix!.
