'We are all wrapped in, and held down by, chains of one type or another; some for our own good, some for the benefit of other people. We must first see them, feel them, and recognise their purpose, before we can be truly free from them.' A song about breaking free from whatever it is that keeps us down; be it physical or mental subjugation, an addiction, a fear, an illness or disability, or simply a state of mind. It's in the style of a rock/Evangelical song, with lots of backing vocals answering the lead line. Piano, organ, fretless bass and drums were sequenced: acoustic guitar was the only live instument.
