This is kind of an erotic song - I actually kick the bench back and dance while I am playing it. When I was working at Target after I got out of the Army- I always saw kids manipulating their parents - being nice to them just to get something they wanted - they were rude and you could see it hurt their parents' feelings and they would buy it for them anyway. It was like "America gone wrong" - and that sounds a little like Merry Go Round....after seeing little kids elated with bouncing a rock off dirt with a hammer, I am hoping that I can help kids realize that they don't have it so bad here and maybe get off the materialistic Merry Go Round by being nicer to their family.
