About this song About this song This song was "born" from the chord progression on the first couple of bars. It "said" walking with the blues. As I worked on it, it gained a life of it's own. I could visualize a boardwalk beside the ocean, with street lights on, the waves crashing, gulls crying. A man (or woman) dressed in a long trench coat, walking down, a cigarette burning as the smoke and fog mingle and swirl in the slight breeze off the ocean. Alone. Walking with the Blues. |
