This song was inspired by the untimely and tragic death of the 17 year old nephew of a very close friend of mine. She wept most of these words into my arms as I held her after the funeral. Dedicated to Christopher Desjardins and the Desjardins / Winton families. And also to all those who have ever lost a loved one.
