Sean Ashby has recorded and/or toured for Sarah McLachlan's Mirror Ball (3 million copies sold), and After Glow (also 3 million copies sold)

Sean Ashby recorded a version of the Beatles' 'Blackbird' with Sarah Mclachlan for the major motion picture 'I Am Sam' starring Sean Penn.

Sean has also recorded with Front Line Assembly on their soon to be released album and we can't forget to mention his recording of 'Cats in the Cradle' with "D" from Run DMC... That's right, the godfather of hip-hop himself!

Jack Tripper has been nominated for a Western Canadian Music Award for Best Rock Recording alongside the likes of Nickleback, The New Pornographers and Matthew Good.

Jack Tripper's song 'Nova Girl' has been featured in the Bill Pullman film - 'The Guilty'. As well, six songs have been used in the hit TV series 'Cold Squad'. The power of Sean Ashby's songwriting, backed up by his amazing guitar work is definitely generating interest from the TV and film world.

Stuff They've Done - They have toured across Canada and have showcased their heavy rock/pop sound at the NXNE and NMW festivals as well as Canadian Music Week. They have opened for groups such as Matthew Sweet, Powderfinger, Oranj Symphonette, Pure, Copyright, Thrush Hermit, The Salads and 54/40. The video for Sounds Familiar directed by Doug Thompson received two months of steady airplay on Much Music, was nominated for Favourite National Rock Video in the Georgia straight music awards and was recently submitted to the Indie Music Video festival at The Blinding Light Cinema. They have performed on the Urban Rush and Breakfast Television shows as well as the CBC's Radio Sonic/Radio 2 Concert Series and Narduwar's Live From Thunderbird Radio Hell broadcast on CITR. They have been interviewed on Much Music (Chris Nelson), CBC (David Wisdom), CFOX (David Hawkes), MOJO am730 (Paul Myers) and CFRO/Co-Op Radio. Their songs have been included on such TV shows as HIGHER GROUND, COLD SQUAD, JUST CAUSE and the movie THE GUlLTY. Jack Tripper have won two GEORGIA STRAIGHT READERS' CHOICE AWARDS for BEST DEBUT ALBUM and FAVOURITE LOCAL LIVE ACT.
